Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a desired motional intensity level by calculating a motional intensity level on the basis of physiological information of a user, and displaying present motional intensity on a display means containing the specific number of level graduations from a physiological condition in detected motion. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a flat rectangular display system 18 to be installed on sporting goods or a user himself. The display system 18 is composed of a physiological information input means of a user, a calculating means to calculate at least two motional intensity levels from its information, a physiological condition detecting sensor in motion and a display means 32. The display means 32 is composed of at least two graduations, that is, first graduations 20 of a motional intensity level 22 and second graduations 28 of an intensity level subdivision 30. The first graduations 20 display a motional effect on respective intensity levels. The second graduations 28 display a present motional intensity level on the basis of physiological information from a sensor. One's own fitness training range can be recognized by this constitution.
