Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take one pipe out of a bundle of pipes by picking up a part of the pipe by a cap for taking out the pipe and by lifting the other part of the taken-out pipe to a predetermined height. SOLUTION: A cap is moved up by a cylinder 3 to pick up a pipe 14 from a bundle of pipes 1 at a height which does not interfere with a path of tilting plate 19 provided on a V-shaped trough 2. The bundle of pipes near the cylinder 3 are divided at the center into two bundles by a bundle separating plate provided on the cylinder 3 and then are separated by lifting the plate by a cylinder 5. The plate is lifted by a cylinder 4 between the separated bundles to lift the picked-up pipe 14. Similarly, cylinders 7, 6, 9, 8, 11, 10, 13, 12 are operated in sequence to pick up one pipe. The tilting plate 19 is tilted and inserted under the picked-up pipe 14 and then all the cylinders 4 to 13 are moved down in unison to place and slide the picked-up pipe 14 on the tilting plate 19. |
