Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device uniforming temperature control within a vinyl house in any situation by normally detecting growing conditions by various kinds of sensors to automatically open/close by electrical control and manually opening/closing the vinyl house through the use of a handle at the time of abnormality such as blackout or lightning strike. SOLUTION: In a driving box incorporating a motor for the opening and closing device, an opening and closing shaft for manual operation 25 is incorporated and a gear is provided so as to mutually gear with the shaft 25 and a rotating force transmitting shaft to rotate the shaft 25 with the handle 25 to open/close a vinyl sheet 13. Namely, opening and closing is normally driven by motor but manually driven at the time of abnormality.
