PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable management and processing as logical data through a computer system by expressing the dynamic change of organization structure as the repetition of generation and extinguishment of role object and the distribution of resource object interlocked with the role object in that case. SOLUTION: In logical organization structure, a most significant role object 1 owns a resource object R1. Role objects 11 and 12 are positioned in its low- order hierarchy and further, role objects 121-123 are positioned in the low-order hierarchy of role object 12. Then, the respective role objects own resource objects R11, R12 and R121-R123. By logically catching the real organization as such logical organization structure, the dynamic change of organization structure can be expressed as the repetition of creaction and annihilation of role object and the distribution of resource object linked with the role object in that case.
