Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to enhance ice making efficiency by preventing the adhesion of ice on the outlet of a brine solution. SOLUTION: A second cylindrical body 2, which is larger-sized than a first cylindrical body 1 which forms an ice generation surface F is outwardly fitted in the inner peripheral surface, thereby forming a ring-shaped space S while a sealing member 3 is provided respectively on both ends in the cylindrical axial direction of the ring-shaped space S where a refrigerant is arranged to flow in the ring-shaped space S. A rotary shaft 14, which is turnable around the shaft center in the horizontal direction equivalent to the center of the shaft, is provided in the first cylindrical body 1 while an ice scraper member 16 is mounted on the rotary shaft 1. Both ends of the first cylindrical body 1 in the cylindrical shaft center direction is extended than the seating member 3. Cover members 6 and 8 are provided on the extended areas 1a and 1b. An ice-contained fluid take-out outlet 7 is provided on one cover member 6 while a brine solution supply inlet 9 is provided on the other cover member 8. What is more, the ice scraper member 16 is arranged to act on the inner peripheral surfaces of the extended areas of 1a and 1b.
