Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a reactive mixture in the lateral direction effectively, and prevent its adhesion and hardening by forming the distribution device of a plate formed of material being separable in itself with respect to a polyurethane reactive mixture in its surface, and slantly mounting the plate relative to the central axis of a transportation belt at a specific angle. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped lateral direction separable device 8 is formed, which is formed of self-separable material with respect to a polyurethane reactive mixture in its surface, and the plate 8 is slantly mounted at an angle αof 20-60 deg. relative to the central axis of a transportation belt 1. The polyurethane reactive mixture is flowed out of a mixture head 3 through a contour line 6 in liquid foam via an outlet device 4. A position fastening plate 7 prevent the counterflow of foam. In addition, a lateral laminate film 9 is fed via a roll 10.
