PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a reactive mixture in the lateral direction effectively, and prevent its adhesion and hardening by forming the distribution device of a plate formed of material being separable in itself with respect to a polyurethane reactive mixture in its surface, and slantly mounting the plate relative to the central axis of a transportation belt at a specific angle. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped lateral direction separable device 8 is formed, which is formed of self-separable material with respect to a polyurethane reactive mixture in its surface, and the plate 8 is slantly mounted at an angle αof 20-60 deg. relative to the central axis of a transportation belt 1.
