Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide whether or not an input character is proper and to easily correct the input character when it is decided that there is an error by classify ing and discriminating the attribute of the input character by uppercase, lower case, and other characters. SOLUTION: To discriminate the attribute of a character which is inputted, it is decided first whether the character is uppercase character (S2). When it is decided that the inputted character is uppercase (Yes), a character which is so selected as to display the uppercase on the screen of a display, e.g. uppercase 'O' is displayed (S3). When it is decided that the character is not uppercase (No), it is decided whether the character is lowercase (S4). When it is decided that the character is lowercase (Yes), a character which is so selected as to display the lowercase on the screen of the display, is displayed (S5). Consequently, an error of the input character can be corrected. |
