Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate a good hologram by heating the thermoplastic which has hologram information as an electric charge distribution, deforming the thermoplastic resin layer by an electrostatic force, cooling and fixing the information. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic 8 has the thermoplastic resin layer surface which is formed on a photoconductive layer. The surface is electrostatically charged in a uniform manner, a space light modulator 1 is operated in accordance with the hologram information computed by a computer 2 and the light beams modulated by the modulator 1 are projected on the surface of the thermoplastic 8 which is uniformly charged. Then, the thermoplastic 8 is statically placed on a carrier 10 and carried to an exposing position. At the position, the thermoplastic 8 is synchronously moved with the display of a DMD 1. After the completion of the exposure, the thermoplastic 8 is passed and heated on a heating roller 11. Then, the layer is deformed by the electrostatic force. Then, the thermoplastic 8 is cooled to the room temperature and the information is fixed. |
