Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat resistance, moisture resistance and fire resistance of a skeleton, prevent the propagation of heat and sound and improve the living environment at low cost by covering the circumferential surface of a steel member which is the component of the skeleton with a fire resisting sheet. SOLUTION: Members such as H-steel, I-steel, channel steel, lightweight channel steel, lip channel steel and the like as components 6 of a steel house structure are integrally fixed by means of tapping screw, bolt, welding, adhesive or the like. One surface or both surfaces of the components 6 are covered with a fire resisting sheet having a heat insulating characteristic of about 100-300 deg.C, and integrally fixed through an adhesive or coating film 12 or the like. The fire resisting sheet 7 may be of sheet single body, canape structure, sandwich structure, and the like, calcium carbonate paper, aluminum hydroxide paper or the like is used as the sheet, and a refractory material having one or more of carbon black, aluminum hydroxide and the like contained and mixed therein is mixed to a binder such as phenol resin, and contained in the structure of the sheet.
