Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity for removal of a leader and casing device and necessity for a chartered crane and barge, in the case of passing under a construction object of bridge or the like, in a sand pile driving ship. SOLUTION: On a base ship 2, a sand pile driving ship 1 vertically provided with a shears 3 of height of upper limit height or less is suspension supported by a leader 5 capable of tilting forward with a pivotal support part 5a on the base ship 2 serving as the center and a wire 9 via an upper end part of the shears 3 and the leader 5, in the case of tilting forward the leader 5, to be provided with a casing device 13 bound to the leader 5 to be tilted forward with the leader 5. Further, the wire 9, suspension supporting the casing device 13 via an upper end part of the shears 3 and the leader 5, tilts forward the leader 5 and the casing device 13 till obtaining a height of upper limit height or less, and reversely, so as to reset the leader 5 and the casing device 13 in a tilt condition to an ordinary standing condition, a pile winch performing action winding/winding back the wire 9 is provided.
