PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of superior appearance for manufacturing an integrally molded product composed of a skin material and a base which can improve the assembly work accurately. SOLUTION: Air between a skin material 2 and a molding face 20a of a female mold 20 is exhausted through an exhaust passage 29 → a chamber 30, and the skin material 2 is vacuum sucked on the molding face 20a of the female mold 20. At that time, air between the skin material 2 and the molding face 20a is exhausted sufficiently through a vacuumizing channel 27 → the exhaust passage 29 → the chamber 30. The skin material 2, therefore, is sucked strongly on a molding face 26a of a recessed section 26 to reduce the roundness of a protruded corner 4a and a recessed corner 4b of a recessed section part 4 and formed into the sharp square shape. As a result, the width of a clearance between an instrument panel and an air plenum section can be reduced to correspond the recessed section part 4 to the air plenum section.
