Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsation reducing device which can be easily joined by welding and the like, and generates no fear of mixing a trash to a fluid by the joining. SOLUTION: A cylinder body 31 has a blocked end 310 and an opened end 311, while a cylinder body 32 has a blocked end 320 and an opened end 321. When the length of the cylinder body 31 is made L11 , and the length of the cylinder body 32 is made L12 , L12 >L11 . The cylinder body 31 reduces the pulsation of the frequency f11 (f11 =C/4L11 , C is the speed of sound), while the cylinder body 32 reduces the pulsation of the frequency f12 (f12 =C/4L12 ). The cylinder body 31 is joined to a piping 1. And the cylinder body 32 is inserted in the cylinder body 31, until it passes a through hole 3100 opened to the blocked end 310 of the cylinder body 31, and its opened end 321 reaches to the inner surface of the piping 1, and it is joined to the blocked end 310 from the outer side. Since it is joined from the outer side, the joining is made easily, and no joining trash is generated in the cylinder body.
