Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic flowmeter for liquid metal that can suppress the deterioration in a detection accuracy due to the change in the wetting property between a measurement target metal and a guide pipe and the change in a pipe diameter and can fully secure a response property to the change in a flow rate. SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic flowmeter, the outer periphery of an electrode 18 is covered with an insulation material 19, an electrode cable 20 where the tip of the electrode 18 is exposed is formed, the electrode cable 20 is inserted at the mounting position of each electrode on the side wall of a guide pipe 13, a mounting pipe 21 for exposing the electrode 18 at the tip into the inside of the guide pipe 13 is provided in one piece, and a fixing means 22 for sealing the mounting pipe 21 and the electrode cable 20 and at the same time for fixing the electrode cable 20 is detachably placed at the mounting pipe 21.
