Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which can be easily mounted for closing a hole for a rotary lock. SOLUTION: A cap 11 closes a hole 6 for a rotary lock connecting the fellow panels 2 of a prefabricated cooling storehouse. This cap is provided with a cover plate 12, plurality of leg parts 13 formed to protrude to one surface of this cover plate to be arranged with a space apart on almost the same circle with almost the middle of the cover plate serving as the center, and fin part 14 provided to tilt with a skirt spread toward the cover plate from outside a tip end part 13a of this leg part. These cover plate, leg part and fin part are integrally formed by soft resin. The leg part and the fin part is mounted to the inserted in the hole for the rotary lock.
