Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat accumulating equipment and control method thereof that is simplified and is reduced in cost, and in that the energy loss for driving a fan at the time of heat accumulation and heat discharge or the like is reduced. SOLUTION: Heat accumulating equipment is provided with a heat accumulator 3 arranged in the space D between an outer wall body 1 and an inner wall body 2 by which the accumulation and discharge of heat can be freely carried out by the heat exchange with a contacting fluid R, an intake port 4 through which the contacting fluid R can be freely taken into the space D from the indoor, a discharge port 5 through which the contacting fluid R having been brought into contact with the accumulator 3 is freely discharged inside the room, and a fan F for sucking the contacting fluid R from the intake port 4 into the space D and discharging it from the discharge port 5. In that case, the heat accumulator 3 is provided with a heat input/output detecting means T by which the flow input/output direction of heat can be detected, and also a thermometer 12 for measuring the temperature inside the room is provided, and a control means for starting or stopping the fan F on the basis of the flow input/output direction detected both by the room temperature and by the heat input/output detecting means T is provided. |
