Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the power consumption required for temperature control by changing the radiation absorption factor according to the radiation state with a radiation absorption factor changing means, and making a temperature adjustment. SOLUTION: A temperature control belt 42 is suspended between support rollers 41 circulatably in the orbit along the periphery of a storage case 20 to form a temperature control mechanism 40, and a drive motor 43 is drive- controlled by a control device 50 inputted with the temperature information from a temperature sensor 31. The temperature control belt 42 is made of a metal sheet of aluminum or the like, it is a bendable endless belt having the width corresponding to the storage case 20, and its outer periphery has different radiation absorption factors in the peripheral direction. The temperature control belt 42 is coated into two colors of black and white, the ratio of the split-coated areas is gradually changed in the adjacent areas to obtain different radiation absorption factors in the peripheral direction, the intermediate portion is position-controlled to face an earth directing outer panel 21, power is not invariably consumed for temperature control, and power consumption can be suppressed. |
