SOLUTION: In plural low-powder radio communication equipments 12 and 15 to communicate through the 400MHz band specified low-power radio communication system, respective antennas 13 and 16 are plane type circular polarizing antennas for which the rotating direction of circularity polarized waves is coincident, and the ground boards of respective antennas 13 and 16 are attached in contact with the surfaces of attaching objects 11 and 14 at their side edge parts on the rear surface at least.
