Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup in which the assembly of the periphery of the substrate of an oscillation circuit is facilitated and an optical disk device which is provided with the optical pickup. SOLUTION: This optical pickup provided with a light source 21 emitting a light beam, an oscillation circuit making the light beam emit from the light source 21 by being operated at the time of a signal recording and a signal reproducing and a light converging means converging the light beam emitted from the light source 21 on the signal recording surface of an optical disk is provided with feedthrough capacitors provided with steps 42 connecting the substrate 40 of the oscillation circuit and a holder 41 shielding the substrate 40.
