Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher ice making efficiency with very limited generation of liquid foams even in a larger flow rate operation of a non-soluble fluid. SOLUTION: This ice maker is provided with an ice making part 1-1 which has an inclined bottom plate and lets a cooled antifreeze with a larger density than water drop toward the inclined bottom plate thereabove for generating an ice by heat exchange in direct contact with water, an antifreeze storage part 1-3 to store the antifreeze directly hitting against the inclined bottom plate and flowing down and an ice making cell 1 comprising an ice storage part 1-2 which communicates with the ice making part 1-1 while storing the ice generated by the ice making part 1-1. In this case, a plate on which a needle- or bristle-like linear body is mounted in a brush is installed on the inclined bottom plate 1-5 of the ice making part 1-1. |
