Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent infrared rays form the light emitting part of a man sensor from reaching a light receiving part by adjusting the installing angle of the man sensor when there is any white wall or mirror-shaped wall outside the ordinary reactive range of the sensor, by providing a terminal equipment with a sensor angle adjusting means for adjusting the installing angle of the sensor. SOLUTION: In the information service terminal equipment 11 to start a prescribed operation after a man sensor 1 detects the presence/absence of a human being in front of that sensor, the sensor angle adjusting means 2 is provided for adjusting the installing angle of the man sensor 1. Thus, even when there is any white wall or mirror-shaped wall 14 outside the ordinary reactive range of the sensor, the information service terminal equipment 11 does not perform any malfunction since the infrared rays from the light emitting part of the man sensor 1 do not reach the light receiving part and the many sensor 1 does not react. Besides, this sensor angle adjusting means 2 is equipped with a reference position for angle adjustment. Then, the angel of the man sensor 1 is adjusted form the reference position just at the desired angle corresponding to the condition of the place to install the information service terminal equipment 11.
