Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure durability of an auxiliary bearing by making a discharge gaseous refrigerant containing a little lubricating oil pass a rolling bearing through a process of making a crankshaft to which a rotor of an electric motor is connected into a both side supported structure in which one side is a main bearing and the other side is a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: In a scroll compressor, a crank shaft 6 is supported on its both ends by a main bearing 19 and a rolling bearing 21 formed on the opposite end to the main bearing 19 across a rotor 5, the rolling bearing 21 is supported on a partition wall 36 fixed to a sealed container 1, a discharge pipe 33 is provided on a sealed container end plate 38 on the opposite side to an electric motor 3 across the partition wall 36, a gaseous refrigerant is made to pass the rolling bearing 21 and guided from the discharge pipe 3 to the outside, and the partition wall 36, the sealed container 1 and the sealed container end plate 38 are integrally welded to one another. Therefore, reliability is improved and with the compact size at low cost.
