Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ordinary temperature curable resin composition comprising an aqueous polyurethane-vinylic polymer composite material and giving a cured product excellent in mechanical stability and durability, and to obtain a coating or ink using the same. SOLUTION: This ordinary temperature curable aqueous resin composition comprises water and a polyurethane copolymer composite material. The polyurethane copolymer composite material is obtained by reacting a polyurethane resin with a mixture comprising a ketone or aldehyde group-containing unsaturated monomer and an epoxy group-containing unsaturated monomer. The polyurethane resin is obtained by subjecting a polyol-isocyanate polyaddition reaction product comprising (A) a polyhydroxy compound having one or more carboxyl groups and two or more hydroxyl groups, (B) a polyhydroxy compound containing two or more hydroxyl groups, (C) a polyisocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups and (D) a hydroxy compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group to a neutralization reaction, a chain-extending reaction and a CONHNH2 group-introducing reaction to the molecular terminal.
