Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a plaster, capable of enhancing characteristics and effects of a nonsteroidal antiphlogistic and analgesic agent as the plaster and preventing and alleviating adverse effects in local skin and having higher safety and usefulness. SOLUTION: This dermal low irritant percutaneous absorption plaster is prepared by compounding one of nonsteroidal antiphlogistic and analgesic agent represented by indomethacin, keptprofen, fluribiprofen, felbinac, etc., with one or more of drugs having skin protecting actions such as berberine (salt), Phellodendri Cortex or Phellodendri cortex Pulveratus in an amount of 0.01-1.0wt.% expressed in terms of the berberine (salt).
