Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet from being raised by easily inserting the sheet, scarcely dropping the sheet, and simply releasing it. SOLUTION: A ball 1 and a step 5 at the innermost side of the ball are provided in the clip. A sheet is easily inserted, scarcely dropped, and prevented from being raised. A U-shaped groove 9 for smoothly rotating the ball is provided. When the sheet 6 is to be inserted, the sheet 6 is slid on a slide slope 8, passed and proceeded between the ball 1 and a step 5 at the innermost side of the ball while lifting the ball 1. Simultaneously, when a hand is released, the sheet 6 inserted between the ball 1 and the step 5 is sandwiched therebetween. In the case that the sheet 6 is removed, when the sheet 6 is drawn, the sheet 6 is drawn while the ball 1 is being rotated.
