Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost reduction, improve reliability against additional stress from the outside, and obtain a structure which prevents variation from occurring at contact pressure between mutual terminals by forming a charging terminal out of a metallic plate material stamped by means of press work, and using elastic capability of metallic material. SOLUTION: A charging terminal 1 is formed with only stamping by means of press work using a mold suited to the shape of the charging terminal, therefore, a free shape can be selected. The thickness of the charging terminal 1 is kept constant to stamp a metallic plate material whose thickness is uniform. The characteristic of the charging terminal 1 is influenced by not only the character of the material of the metallic plate itself but also the thickness, width, positions of the contact 2 and rotational fulcrum 3 of the charging terminal and so on. However, by selecting these values appropriately, its shape can be selected over a variety of ranges within the elastic deformation range of the material. It is possible to attain the charging terminal 1 and its mold at a low cost and a highly reliable charging terminal. |
