Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the color image-forming device in which a color image with high image quality is obtained by applying composite processing to two kinds of image data read out of an image source. SOLUTION: The device is composed of an image input means 1 to read image data out of an image source, an image controller 2 that applies composite processing to the read image data and outputs it, and an image output means 3 that prints out an image based on the output image data, and the image controller 2 has a color conversion means 4 which applies color conversion to 1st image data and 2nd image data read out and a binarization means 5 that applies binatrizing processing to color conversion data 13 and outputs it as print image data 7. Thus, the color image with high image quality is obtained.
