Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the signal processing unit which samples a more accurate analog signal by decreasing a required number of an antialiasing LPFs. SOLUTION: The signal processing unit 25 is connected to a multiplex node 18 that switches at a high speed outputs of sensors 4-6 connected thereto, and a built-in A/D converter 502 digitizes its output. In this case, the signal processing unit 25 is provided with a randomization processing section 504 that randomizes a sampling time and a software LPF section 504 that averages a sampled result, and the randomization processing section 504 adjusts a randomized sampling time so as not to be overlapped with an on/off command time received by an actuator 510 via a switch circuit 509 in the case of setting the sampling time.
