Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent designing property by forming a plural number of section V shaped decorative grooves on a surface of a plane rectangular decorative sheet and forming a chamfered surface for joint groove formation on an upper edge part by providing joint parts on both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 1 with grooves applied with processing of a joint part, processing of a chamfered surface for joint groove formation and processing of grooving of decorative grooves on the side of a surface is molded by attaching and integrating a surface decorative material on the surface side of a plane base plate. Thereafter, a joint groove is formed by forming a plural number of section V shaped decorative grooves 4 in the longitudinal direction on the surface of this decorative sheet 1 and applying processing of chamfered surfaces 5 on edge parts on both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the decorative sheet 1. Chamfering depth Db is made smaller than depth Da of the decorative groove, a chamfering angle Qb is made larger than a half of a groove bottom opening angle Qa of the decorative groove 4, and chamfering width Wb is made half of decorative groove width Wa. Consequently, it is possible to maintain an excellent designing property by recognizing in human eyes that the joint groove and the decorative groove are the same groove in a state where a clearance is produced between the joint parts.
