Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface decorative woody plate capable of simplifying the manufacturing steps without increasing the cost and having at least one of the excellent moisture resistance and surface smoothness, and a surface decorative laminate for obtaining such a surface decorative woody material. SOLUTION: This surface decorative woody plate 10h is formed by so adhering surface laminates 13b to one or both the surfaces of a base material layer 11 via an adhesive 12 that its back sheet 24 is disposed at the layer 11 side. The laminate 13b is formed by laminating and adhering the sheet 24 having Gurley stiffness of 50mg or more onto a decorative sheet 16 via a modified thermoplastic resin layer 14 having moisture permeability of 100g/m .24hr or less and adhering function.
