Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling storage box not exerting a considerable temperature influence on a material to be stored and removed by swinging the upper surface door even if the front surface door is swung. SOLUTION: A storage chamber 14 is formed in the heat insulation box 1 of a cooling storage box, an upper surface opening 9 is formed at the upper surface of the box 1, and a front surface opening 10 is formed at the front surface. The upper surface door 12 openably closes the upper surface opening and the front surface door 13 openably closes the front surface opening. A net shelf 26 is disposed in the chamber 14. The inner surface of the box 1 is covered with a plate material 2 having excellent thermal conduction, and a cooling tube 6 is disposed in contact with the outer surface of the plate material. Further, a partition plate 31 partitions the chamber 14 into an upper storage chamber 14a and a lower storage chamber 14b, and substantially shuts OFF the air flow between the upper part of the front surface opening of the box 1 and the chamber 14a.
