PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the changeover of a lifting and lowering control mode of a working device by operating a changeover lever according to a control form. SOLUTION: This sulky working machine comprises a changeover lever 22 urged to return to the neutral position N at the time of no operation so as to enable the free changeover from a lifting position U to a lowering position D and is capable of performing the control in a forced control mode of lifting a seedling transplanting device to the upper limit when operating the changeover lever 22 to the lifting position U and lowering the seedling transplanting device to the operating height when operating the changeover lever 22 to the lowering position D at the time of using the seedling transplanting device. Furthermore, the sulky working machine is provided with a mode changeover switch so as to perform the control in an optional control mode of lifting a controlling device only for the time of operating the changeover lever 22 to the lifting position U when performing the operation and lowering the controlling device only for the time of operating the changeover lever 22 to the lowering position D when performing the operation at the time of using the controlling device.
