Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an inductance element simply and in a short time by a method wherein a conductive film is formed on a magnetic material sheet, which consists of a spinel type soft magnetic ferrite containing Ni, Zn, Cu and Fe as its main components, into a stripe form and the sheet is folded back to arrange the conductive film into a spiral stripe. SOLUTION: Five striped conductor patterns are printed on a paper surface from the upper right of the paper surface to the left lowering and in parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of a magnetic metal sheet 1, which consists of a spinel type soft magnetic ferrite containing Ni, Zn, Cu and Fe as its main components. The uppermost conductor pattern 2 out of those patterns is extended to the upper edge in the width direction of the sheet 1 on a printing surface 1-c and the lowest conductor pattern 2 is extended to the lower edge in the width direction on the printing surface 1-c. The manufactured sheet 1 is bent along folds 3, which are shown by two dotted chain lines sectioned into a plurality in the longitudinal direction of the sheet 1, the sheet 1 is superposed in the order of printing surfaces 1-b, 1-a, 1-c and 1-d and a formed body is made. |
