Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily add a valve with a simple structure that correctly keeps the response speed of a regulator cylinder. SOLUTION: In order to restrict at least either of the maximum flow to a regulator cylinder 2 or the maximum flow from the regulator cylinder 2, a bevel-shaped head 30 is received in annular passages 20, 21 in the outer periphery of a sleeve 12 of the regulator valve and valve bodies 9a, 10a slidably supported by radial passages 14, 15 having openings in the inner surface of the sleeve 12 via freely slidable shaft parts 31 and springs 40 for urging the valve bodies 9a, 10a to the outside in a radial direction are mounted. Each of the valve bodies 9a, 10a has a communicating hole 33 which extends in a radial direction in the valve body and has an opening in the outer periphery of the shaft part 31 just under the head 30, an orifice 32 which extends in an axial direction and has an opening in the top surface of the head 30, and a passage 34 which extends in an axial direction and has these openings 33, 32 in the end of the shaft part 31.
