Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize control to close a guide vane by improving the responsiveness when the speed of a generator is increased during the limited load shedding operation. SOLUTION: The preset guide vane opening A8 is obtained by operating the PID to the speed deviation A5 which is obtained by subtracting the rotational speed N and the permanent speed regulation A4 from the preset load A1 . In addition, the command guide vane opening A9 is obtained by subtracting the guide vane opening A4 from the preset guide vane A8 , and the guide vane is controlled to be opened/closed by the A9 . During the limited load operation, the upper limit value of A8 is limited, and the value of A1 is set to the value of N+A4 added by the auto-follow lift value B1 by an auto-follow setting instrument 111. When the differential speed ΔN reaches or exceeds B1 , A8 is reduced to control the guide vane to be closed.
