Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the construction period by providing a steel frame inside of a precast form which is obtained by mixing the reinforcing material in mortar, and placing concrete inside of this precast framework. SOLUTION: A cylindrical concrete precast material 7 is stood at a central part of a foundation 2, and steel frames 4 made of H-shaped steel, which are respectively provided with projections in the surface thereof, are stood in the periphery of the precast material 7. The reinforcing material 8 made of stainless steel fiber is mixed in the cement group mortar at 20-60% of water-cement ratio so as to form a precast form 1. Assembly reinforcements 6 and a tie-hoop 3 are fitted onto the circumference of the inside of the precast framework 1, and a required number of the precast form 1 and the steel frame 4 are connected, and thereafter, concrete is placed. Crack dispersibility and toughness of the steel framed concrete structure can be thereby remarkably improved.
