Summary: | PURPOSE: To provide a cable for an elevator whose own property is very small. CONSTITUTION: Necessary conductor wire cores 21, 23, 25 and 29 are intertwisted around a central tension member. In this round elevator cable, as a tension member, steel strands are intertwisted by seven pieces, and are formed as a primary stranded wire 15, and in this primary stranded wire 15, a single piece is arranged in the center, and six pieces are arranged in a first layer, and twelve pieces are arranged in a second layer, and the twisting directions of the first layer and the second layer are set opposite to each other, and a wire rope 17 by intertwisting nineteen pieces is used. When this cable is used, an entanglement or the like of the cable is not caused over a long period of time, and a stable operating condition can be held. Temporary suspension becomes unnecessary when installing work is performed. |
