Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly charge a rust preventing oil between a base end and top end by combining an unbonded lubricator with a rust preventing oil sucking means, and sucking the rust preventing oil in an oil pool into an unbonded tube when the PC stranded steel wire in inserted in the unbonded tube. SOLUTION: The prescribed oil being the rust preventing oil 14 is liquefied by heating and fed to an oil pool 20, and the PC stranded steel wire 16 is dipped in the rust preventing oil 14 fed in the oil pool 20, and the rust preventing oil 14 is stuck to the PC stranded steel wire 16. The PC stranded steel wire 16 to which the rust preventing oil 14 is stuck is further fed into an unbonded tube 12 whose base end is communicated with the oil pool 20 and arranged and fixed therein, and inserted into the unbonded tube 12. A vacuum pump 32 of a rust preventing sucking means 10 is operated, and the rust preventing oil 14 is sucked and charged in the unbonded tube 12 from the oil pool 20 as soon as the PC stranded steel wire 16 is inserted into the unbonded tube 12. |
