Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler support structural body using a light large beam with due consideration given to economy, manufacturing, transportation and workability in installation by reducing or removing effect on the body of a boiler from the degree of deflection of the large beam. SOLUTION: In the body of a boiler, part structural bodies thereof are divided to be manufactured separately and hung down on an upper beam of a pillar 8 sequentially to build up. As the load of the part structural bodies hung down initially is relatively light, the body of the boiler is subjected to a deformation of being warped upward at the central part thereof transitionally. But the defection curve of a large beam 6 is corrected to a half of the degree of deflection at each horizontal hoisting position to set a middle beam 5 on the large beam 6 at a level along a curve obtained by turning the deflection curve upside down. As a result, a level difference from the horizontal line of the middle beam 5 reaches a half of the degree of deflection of the large beam 6 both in the transitional and final state of the load. Thus, the effect on the body of the boiler from the degree of deflection of the large beam 6 is reduced to a half even at the maximum thereby permitting increase in the degree of deflection of the large beam 6 accordingly. |
