Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the easy execution of the removal and exchange of a medicine container or the use of the above medicine releasing device, by removing the medicine container in nonuse, etc., by providing the above socket with a medical treating liquid supplying flow passage, medical treating liquid introducing flow passage and liquid mixture releasing flow passage and controlling the communication and shut-off of the respective flow passages by a guide valve. SOLUTION: The socket 3 constitutes three flow passages for introducing the medical treating liquid as it is to an outlet 5, for introducing the medical treating liquid into the medicine container 24 and for leading out the dissolved medicine liquid mixture by the guided medical treating liquid, and is provided with the guide valve 14 for communicating and shutting off these flow passages. The socket is usable without requiring the presence of the medicine container 24 at all in ordinary use by inserting this socket 3 into the medical treating liquid flow passages. If the need thereof arises, the medicine container 24 is mounted at the socket 3 and the guide valve 14 is operated, by which the socket immediately exhibits the function to passively release the medicine. The use may be continued without the occurrence of the leakage of the medical treating liquid, etc., at all if the medicine container 2 is removed by operating the guide valve 14 after releasing the medicine or at the time of exchanging the medicine container.
