Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable digital output with high accuracy by providing wiring for a power supply and ground for a comparator with a least comparison voltage difference among comparators in an A/D converter having the plural comparators separately from each wiring for power supply and ground for the other comparators. SOLUTION: A reference voltage generating circuit 1 of the A/D converter provides an output of reference voltages Vr0-Vr2 resulting from dividing a reference voltage Vref with resistive elements R0-R3 and comparators C0-C2 compare each reference voltage with an analog input voltage AIN. An encoder 2 encodes outputs Co0-Co2 from the comparators and provides an output digital signals Do0-Do2. Power supplies V0-V2 and grounds G0-G2 for the comparators are connected by separate wires. The wiring for the connection to the power supply of a comparator whose voltage difference is least is provided separately from other wirings of the other comparators to prevent interference among the comparators.
