Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the thickness of an automatic vending machine thin in the cross direction and to improve the storing efficiency of commodities. SOLUTION: A drop chute 11 is formed in the vicinity of the width direction center of a vending machine body 1 along the vertical direction. Plural strings of commodity storing parts are arranged on both the width direction sides of the body 1 through the chute 11. A discharging mechanism 23 for discharging a commodity stored in each storing part 22 to the chute 11 side is arranged on the lower part of the storing part 22. A guide space 17 communicates the lower part side of the storing part 22 arranged on the outside of the storing part 22 adjacent to the chute 11 and the chute 11.
