Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a stable brake control by operating with a single hand, by operating one side brake, or both brakes at a time, of two brakes, so as to give the braking force to independent wheels at two brakes simultaneously. SOLUTION: A single roller 3 is fixed to a box form frame 1 by a roller shaft 6 in the box form frame 1. When a bicycle is in the running condition, either the left brake grip 2 or the right side brake grip 2 is grasped in order to reduce the speed or to stop, and as a result, brake wires 4 are guided in the same direction at the same time through a roller 3, rim-brakes 8 and 9 of a front and a rear wheels are operated in the braking direction, and a purpose to reduce a speed or to stop is accomplished. In this braking condition, it is adjusted that a rear wheel brake is operated a little stronger than a front wheel brake by the rim brakes, so as to prevent a slip and the like. And, in order to adjust the wires 4 easily, clamps 7 for wire adjustment are set at the upper side and the lower side of the roller 3, so as to carry out the installing work of a brakeing force distributing device easily.
