Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the beam duct and its manufacture, which is high in cooling efficiency, is provided with an absorber whose durability for emitted light is furthermore enhanced, and is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: The beam duct 1 is inwardly deformed plastically so as to allow an absorber 5 to be formed. The absorber 5 shall be L/h=10. A cooling duct 7 is provided for the outer wall 1b of the beam duct in such a way that a recessed portion caused by the absorber 5 is covered, and furthermore, the outer circumferential side of a revolving orbit is also covered.
