Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve distributability of intake air to each cylinder and inertia charging without causing enlarging size of a device, in the intake device formed by respectively providing an intake inlet pipe of mounting a throttle body in one side surface plate and a plurality of connection ports in the other side surface plate, of a surge tank arranged sideward a multicylinder internal combustion engine, and by connecting an intake pipe line to each cylinder to this each connection port. SOLUTION: A surge tank 3 is formed in a box shape long in a vertical direction, to protrude its lower part downward from connection ports 11 to 13, on the other hand to form, of an internal surface in the surge tank 3, a part between each connection port 11 to 13 into a flat surface 3b'. A opening edge to inside the surge tank 3 of the connection ports 11 to 13 is formed into circular arc surfaces 11a, 13a. |
