Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control a speed with simple structure. SOLUTION: A stator 10 receives a three-phase AC voltage from a speed controller to generate a traveling magnetic field. An induced current is generated in a secondary conductor 21 by the traveling magnetic field, and the secondary conductor 21 receives propelling power in the traveling direction of the traveling magnetic field by the action of electromagnetic induction to start a moving element 20. Next, when the moving speed of the moving element 20 nears the synchronous speed of the traveling magnetic field, pull-in power acts to the moving element 20 by a magnetic pole formed of a permanent magnet 23 and the traveling magnetic field and the moving element 20 moves in synchronism with the synchronous speed of the traveling magnetic field.
