Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the equipment configuration scale small and to reduce the equipment cost by image division and synthesis processing based on motion image information in a coded state so as to reduce a data quantity being a processing object in the case that the image mode of the multi-point controller is the split mode. SOLUTION: Received motion image input signals AAI1-AAIn are given to A/D converters ADC1-ADCn, in which the signals are converted into corresponding digital moving image signals DAI1-DAIn. In the case that the split mode is designated, image segmentation sections VC1-VCn extract only a prescribed image area from the digital moving image signals DAI1-DAIn forming one image pattern. A moving image synthesis section VMX synthesizes a digital transmission moving image signal DAO equivalent to one image pattern based on the partial digital moving image signals DAI1-DAIn. The digital transmission moving image signal DAO is converted into an analog signal and outputted as moving image output signals AAO1-AAOn.
