Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect any operation trouble of a distributing valve in an early stage by providing such an abnormality detector as being supplied, as an input, with at least a micro-vibration detecting signal out of two signals such as a micro-vibration detecting signal and a micro-vibration signal so as to detect the abnormality the distributing valve to output a warning signal. SOLUTION: When any abnormal event is generated in the action of the piston 3a of a distributing valve 3, a rod 2g is restricted due to operation trouble the piston 3a so as to restrain its micro-vibration. As the result, the level of the micro-vibration component of an electric current responding to a synthetic speed governing command signal Vv drops to deform its wave form. This event is detected as the similarly strained wave form at a low level by means of a micro-vibration detector 9a so as to output a micro-vibration detecting signal V' and this output is applied to an abnormality detector 9b. The abnormality detector 9b compares this micro-vibration signal V' with a micro-vibration signal V and from an equation of a fact, micro-vibration detecting signal V'< micro vibration signal V, a warning signal AL is outputted to be applied to an warning device 9c so as to force a warning device 9c to generate a warning. |
