Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent all communication connections from being terminated as abnormality in the case that a fault occurs in any communication connection when a plurality of communication connections are set. SOLUTION: A text management section 12 receives a text from each communication connection, stores the texts in a memory in the order of reception, and an arithmetic operation section 13 reads the texts in the storage order in the memory and applies arithmetic processing to them. When an abnormal value is calculated through the processing of the text received from a communication connection, it is discriminated that a fault occurs in the communication connection 21. Then the information of the communication connection 21 managed by a connection information management section 11 is deleted and a fact of the deletion is reported to the user. The processing result remains the same because no fault is in existence in other communication connections.
