Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor with which sufficient-contrast potential is obtainable in either environment of a low temp. and low humidity and high temp. and high humidity and which is free from a potential fluctuation by repetitive use by forming an aluminum base having an anodically oxidized film and forming the anodically oxidized film of an org. acid film and a sulfuric acid film. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 consists of the aluminum base and a photosensitive layer formed on the base. The film thickness of the photosensitive layer is reduced as a means for sharpening an electrostatic latent image and the surface of the aluminum base is provided with the anodically oxidized film in order to prohibit the charge implantation from the base side. Further, the anodically oxidized film has double structures composed of the org. acid film and the sulfuric acid film. As a result, the increase in the bright potential at the time of repetitive use is suppressed and the high-grade and high-stability images having the excellent environment stability and durable stability are obtd. The electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 is constituted by integrally coupling a plurality among the constituting elements, such as electrophotographic photoreceptor 1, a primary electrostatic charging means 3 and a developing means 5 as a process cartridge. |
