Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a relay flexible printed circuit(FPC) by fixing a plurality of lead lines parallel to an insulating sheet and possessing a wiring restraining part for fixing a leader wiring body in an arm part. SOLUTION: Four terminal parts and lead lines are formed, capable of being wired corresponding to a magnetic heads 10, respectively. On the other hand, each individual supporting spring 13 is formed with a wiring pattern 14, having four wired lines surrounded by an insulating layer respectively. Then, these spring 13 are fixed to the connecting parts with carriage arms 11, having bent parts 17 respectively, and these bent parts 17 are corresponding formed with the other end terminals of the pattern 14, respectively Wiring between these terminals and a control side FPC 15 is performed by the relay FPCs 16 respectively. Side surfaces of the arms 11a and 11c respectively are formed with recessed parts 19a and 19c, slightly wider than the width of the FPCs 16a and 16d respectively, and also the side surface of the arm 11b is similarly formed with a recessed part 19b. Then, the FPCs 16a and 16d are fitted into the recessed parts 19a and 19c respectively, while the FPCs 16b and 16c are layered and fitted into the recessed part 19b.
